Portrait for Fall 001 - Sold

Fall semester started this month, this is the first demo I did. Instead of a monochrome painting, I used a limit palette (Ivory Black, Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Red and Titanium White), first try for limit palette, but fun :)

I had a one day workshop for my regular students in my studio yesterday. I really like the model, will paint more of her.

Grandfather 2 - SOLD

I had a chance to paint the Indian man again last weekend. Different feeling this time, I tried a different approach, it worked well.

I planned to create a model painting class in my studio for a while, and this is the first one I did this Monday evening.
I will have more of this class in the future once I find good models, please email me for the detail if you are interested in joining me, it will be a small group class.
